50 mg Tablette: rotes und schwarzes Eisenoxid (E172),

100 mg Tablette: gelbes Eisenoxid (E172).
150 mg Tablette: gelbes, rotes und schwarzes Eisenoxid (E172).

Filmtabletten
50 mg Tablette: Jede Filmtablette enthält 50 mg Lacosamid.
100 mg Tablette: Jede Filmtablette enthält 100 mg Lacosamid.
150 mg Tablette: Jede Filmtablette enthält 150 mg Lacosamid.
200 mg Tablette: Jede Filmtablette enthält 200 mg Lacosamid.
Sirup
1 ml Sirup enthält 10 mg Lacosamid.
Infusionslösung (200 mg/20 ml)
1 ml Infusionslösung enthält 10 mg Lacosamid.
Indikationen/Anwendungsmöglichkeiten
Vimpat ist als Monotherapie und Zusatztherapie zur Behandlung von
fokalen Anfällen mit oder ohne
sekundäre Generalisierung bei Epilepsiepatienten im Alter von 18
Jahren oder älter indiziert.
Verabreichung durch Ärztinnen und Ärzte mit Erfahrung in der
Behandlung von Epilepsien.
Dosierung/Anwendung
Dosierung
Monotherapie
Die empfohlene Anfangsdosis beträgt 50 mg zweimal täglich, die nach
einer Woche auf eine
therapeutische Initialdosis von 100 mg zweimal täglich erhöht werden
sollte.
