FORME ET PRESENTATION :
Boîte de 18 comprimés gynécologiques.
INDICATIONS THERAPEUTIQUES :
Atrophie vaginale par carence estrogénique en cas de surinfection.
CONTRE-INDICATIONS :
Bien qu'il n'ait jamais été observé d'effet systémique après
administration du produit, il est cependant
recommandé, par mesure de prudence, comme avec tous les
estrogènes, de ne pas l'utiliser en cas d'antécédent
de cancer estrogéno-dépendant.
POSOLOGIE :
Un comprimé gynécologique par jour, pendant 18 jours consécutifs.
Cette posologie est donnée à titre indicatif ; elle peut être
modifiée ou adaptée par le médecin traitant.
MODE ET VOIE D'ADMINISTRATION :
Voie vaginale.
Les comprimés, préalablement humectés, seront introduits aussi
profondément que possible dans le vagin, de
préférence le soir au coucher.
NE PAS DÉPASSER LA DATE LIMITE D'UTILISATION FIGURANT SUR LE
CONDITIONNEMENT EXTÉRIEUR.
UNIQUEMENT SUR ORDONNANCE.

4.  CLINICAL PARTICULARS 

4.1  Therapeutic indications 

Vaginal atrophy through estrogen deficiency in cases of
surinfection. 

4.2  Posology and method of administration 

One tablet (previously moistened) should be inserted high into the
vagina, every evening for 18 
consecutive days, even during menstruation. 

4.3  Contra-indications 

Although no systemic effects have been observed following
administration of the drug, it is 
nevertheless advisable, as a precautionary measure applicable to any
estrogen, not to use the 
product in patients with a history of estrogen-dependent cancer.

4.4  Special warnings and precautions for use 

Special warnings : 

A complete medical examination and proper diagnosis is required
before the course of treatment. 
It will essentially concern classic gynaecological examination of the
vulva and the vagina, 
including the smear and its bacteriological evaluation. �
