To aid in the control of bloat in feedlot cattle and dairy cows. To increase milk production in dairy cows under many conditions. As an aid in reducing in dairy cows under many conditions. As an aid in reducing the severity of nonclinical ketosis in lactating dairy cows. To improve weight gain, feed efficiency and reproductive performance in heifers. To improve weight gain and feed efficiency in pasture castle. As an aid in the prevention of coccidiosis in chickens (Eimeria acervulina, E. brunetti, E. maxima, E. mivati, E. necatrix, E. tenella), cattle (E. zuernii, E. bovis) and goats (E. arloingi, E. christenseni, E. nincakohlyakimovae). Responses to Avensin are unlikely if the nutrient intake is significantly restricted. Responses to Avensin in pasture cattle may not occur if pasture quality is poor or if weather conditions are very hot and dry. Poultry consuming monensin sodium should not be treated with tiamuln. Severe growth depression or death may occur.
