Claims:
To improve feed efficiency in feedlot cattle. To aid in the control of
bloat in feedlot cattle
and dairy cows. To increase milk production in dairy cows under many
conditions. As an
aid in reducing in dairy cows under many conditions. As an aid in
reducing the severity
of nonclinical ketosis in lactating dairy cows. To improve weight
gain, feed efficiency
and reproductive performance in heifers. To improve weight gain and
feed efficiency in
pasture castle. As an aid in the prevention of coccidiosis in chickens
(Eimeria acervulina, E.
brunetti, E. maxima, E. mivati, E. necatrix, E. tenella), cattle (E.
zuernii, E. bovis) and goats
(E. arloingi, E. christenseni, E. nincakohlyakimovae).

Restraints:
DO NOT USE Avensin in goats producing milk for human consumption.
DO NOT USE in chickens producing eggs for human consumption.
Contraindications:
Dogs, horses or other equines must not be allowed access to feeds
containing Avensin.
Ingestion by dogs and horses may be fatal.
Precautions:
Recommended levels of Avensin must not be exceeded, High levels can
cause reduced
feed intake, poor growth, disease and death.
Responses to Avensin are unlikely if the nutrient intake is
significantly restricted.
Responses to Avensin in pasture cattle may not occur if pasture
quality is poor or if weather
conditions are very hot and dry.
Poultry consuming monensin sodium should not be treated with tiamuln.
Severe growth
depression or death may occur. RLP APPROVED
As per Good Industry Practice, colostrum and milk collected within 96
hours (8 milkings)
after calving should not be used for human consumption or processing.

STATEMENT OF HAZARDOUS NATURE  
This product is classified as: T, Toxic. Hazardous according to
the criteria of ASCC.  
Dangerous according to the Australian Dangerous Goods (ADG) Code.
 
RISK PHRASES: R23/24/25. Toxic by inhalation, in contact with skin,
and if swallowed.  
SAFETY PHRASES: S20, S22, S28, S45, S36/37/39. When using, do not
eat or drink. Do not breathe dust. After 
contact with skin, wash immediately with plenty of soap
and water. In case of accident or if you feel unwell, contact a 
doctor or Poisons Information Centre immediately (show this MSDS
where possible). Wear suitable protective 
clothing, gloves and eye/face protection.
