Universal detergent
for the automated cleaning

Liquid concentrate
Fields of application:
•
Cleaning of tableware, glasses, cutlery, tablets
and working equipment in commercial
dishwashers in all food processing companies
such as professional kitchens, butcher´s shops
and bakeries.
•
Removes all kinds of food residues such as
coffee and tea residues as well as starch and
protein deposits.
•
Suitable for glass, porcelain, stainless steel and
alkaline-resistant plastic.
•
Not suitable for aluminium, anodised aluminium
and light metal alloys.
Special Properties:
•
Prevents the formation of lime deposits even
with medium degrees of water hardness.
•
Highly effective against coffee and tea residues.
•
Reliably removes all kinds of food residues.
Application and dosage:
neodisher Alka 800 can be used in commercial
dishwashing machines up to a degree of water
hardness of 2.5 mmol/l (medium water hardness).
The dosage is 2 - 4 ml/l depending on the degree of
soiling.
The required temperature in the main washing tank
has to meet the demands of the local conditions
according to the corresponding laws, regulations
and guidelines such as DIN 10510 to 10512 und DIN
10522. The temperature in the main washing tank
should be at least 55 °C to ensure a sufficient
hygiene safety.
Lightly soiled tableware

General instructions on use:
•
For professional use only!
•
The neodisher Alka 800 working solution has to
be rinsed off completely with water.
•
Rinse out dosing system including suction hose
with water before changing product.
•
The instructions given by the manufacturer of
the dishwasher must be observed.
•
For an economic and controlled dosage the use
of automated dosing devices as well as dosing
ancillaries and can pumps is recommended.
