MaxioCel® is intended for the management of moderate to heavily exuding chronic and acute wounds. MaxioCel® may be used to control minor bleeding in superficial wounds and management of post- debridement wounds. MaxioCel®can be used for the management of the following wounds under the supervision of medical professionals.➢ Pressure sores➢ Venous ulcers➢ Diabetic ulcers➢ Leg ulcers➢ Cavity wounds➢ Donor sites and Graft sites➢ Surgical wounds (e.g. post- operative, wounds left to heal by secondary intent)➢ Skin abrasions and lacerations➢ Superficial and partial thickness burns➢ Infected wounds or wounds in which there is an increased risk of infections. MaxioCel® can be used for the management of the following wounds ➢ Minor Cuts➢ Minor Scalds and 1st degree burns➢ Abrasions➢ Lacerations
