ALL CHLORINE SANITIZER-GERMICIDE-DISINFECTANT-DEODORANT DESCRIPTION Antibac B sanitizer is a rapid acting, highly soluble, granular, organic chlorinated solution. It is designed for use as a hard surface contact sanitizer in dairy plants, food processing plants, and pharmaceutical and cosmetics manufacturing facilities. It can also be used for sanitizing commercial eggs. EFFECTIVE • Broad spectrum kill • Lower pH improves sanitizing activity • Does not form films on equipment COST-EFFECTIVE • Can be used at 100 ppm for most sanitizing operations CONCENTRATED • Readily soluble for preparing stock solutions used in automatic sanitizing units DISCUSSION Antibac B solution is a rapid acting, highly soluble, granular sanitizer based on an organic chlorine source. It dissolves rapidly in water making clear sanitizing solutions that are suitable for spray, soak or circulation applications. It is buffered to a pH level where the liberated chlorine is at its optimum germicidal activity, making it more effective than typical sodium hypochloride solutions. Use solutions of 100–200 ppm available chlorine will have a pH of 5–7 depending on concentrations and the alkalinity of the water supply. This product is suitable for the preparation of stock solutions for use in automatic sanitizing systems or feeders. PSS01575 (19/031) USE INSTRUCTIONS GLASSES, DISHES, UTENSILS, BEVERAGE AND FOOD PROCESSING EQUIPMENT 1. Rinse thoroughly with clean water. 2. Wash with a recommended Diversey product. 3. Rinse with potable water. 4. Sanitize using a solution containing 63 g of Antibac B sanitizer per 100 liters of water (100 ppm available chlorine). Test periodically with a chlorine tester. When the available chlorine decreases to 50 ppm, discard. NOTE: Beverage and food processing equipment should not be sanitized until just prior to reuse.
