PERMIT TO ALLOW MINOR USE OF AN AGVET CHEMICAL PRODUCT
FOR THE CONTROL OF SCALE INSECTS IN LYCHEE
PERMIT NUMBER - PER14507
This permit is issued to the Permit Holder in response to an
application granted by the
APVMA under section 112 of the Agvet Codes of the jurisdictions set
out below. This permit
allows a person, as stipulated below, to use the product in the manner
specified in this permit in
the designated jurisdictions. This permit also allows any person to
claim that the product can
be used in the manner specified in this permit.
THIS PERMIT IS IN FORCE FROM 21 MARCH 2014 TO 30 NOVEMBER 2021.

PRODUCTS TO BE USED:
SACOA SUMMER INSECTICIDAL SPRAY OIL
PLUS OTHER REGISTERED PRODUCTS FORMULATED FOR USE ON PLANTS
IN FOLIAGE.
Containing: 815 to 861 g/L PETROLEUM OIL as their only active
constituent.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
DO NOT use oils formulated for dormant spray only, these may cause
severe phytotoxicity.

Apply 1-2 L of product per 100
litres of water.
CRITICAL USE COMMENTS:

DO NOT apply more than 4 sprays per year with a minimum re-treatment
interval of 21 days
between applications.

Apply from before inflorescence emergence to when the fruit is 15 mm
in diameter.

Apply in sufficient volume to ensure adequate coverage of all plant
surfaces.

Apply using airblast or hand lance sprayers.

Avoid spraying plants that show moisture stress.

Application of petroleum oils within one month of a Sulfur application
may result in
phytotoxicity. Care should be taken when using both actives in a spray
program to minimize
any potential for phytotoxicity.
