Calming Clary Sage.Really earthy, fragrant oil. I find it grounding and calming. Love mixing Clary sage with other relaxing oils such aa lavender and ylang ylang in my diffuser or with a carrier oil on my wrist.

Good staple oilOverall a good product. I find the scent is strong to begin with however does not last as long when diffusing compared to another brand of oil I have. This oil was much cheaper though so I feel that value for money is definitely still there.

Amazing for Period Cramps!Used this together with rose geranium directly on stomach to relieve intense period cramps... Pain went away within half an hour and I was able to get a good night's sleep. I'm so glad to have a natural pain relief option now!
