Rheumatoid arthritisHyrimoz in combination with methotrexate, is indicated for:- the treatment of moderate to severe, active rheumatoid arthritis in adult patients when the response to disease-modifying anti-rheumatic drugs including methotrexate has been inadequate. - the treatment of severe, active and progressive rheumatoid arthritis in adults not previously treated with methotrexate. Hyrimoz puede ser administrado como monoterapia en caso de intolerancia al metotrexato o cuando el tratamiento continuado con metotrexato es inapropiado. Adalimumab ha demostrado reducir la tasa de progresión del daño articular medido por rayos X y para mejorar la función física, cuando se administra en combinación con metotrexato. Juvenile idiopathic arthritis- Polyarticular juvenile idiopathic arthritisHyrimoz in combination with methotrexate is indicated for the treatment of active polyarticular juvenile idiopathic arthritis, in patients from the age of 2 years who have had an inadequate response to one or more disease-modifying anti-rheumatic drugs (DMARDs). Hyrimoz puede ser administrado como monoterapia en caso de intolerancia al metotrexato o cuando el tratamiento continuado con metotrexato es inapropiado. Adalimumab no ha sido estudiado en pacientes menores de 2 años. - Enthesitis-related arthritisHyrimoz is indicated for the treatment of active enthesitis-related arthritis in patients, 6 years of age and older, who have had an inadequate response to, or who are intolerant of, conventional therapy. Axial spondyloarthritis- Ankylosing spondylitis (AS)Hyrimoz is indicated for the treatment of adults with severe active ankylosing spondylitis who have had an inadequate response to conventional therapy. - Axial spondyloarthritis without radiographic evidence of ASHyrimoz is indicated for the treatment of adults with severe axial spondyloarthritis without radiographic evidence of AS but with objective signs of inflammation by elevated CRP and / or MRI, who have had an inadequate response to, or are intolerant to nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs. Psoriatic arthritisHyrimoz is indicated for the treatment of active and progressive psoriatic arthritis in adults when the response to previous disease-modifying anti-rheumatic drug therapy has been inadequate. Crohn’s diseaseHyrimoz is indicated for treatment of moderately to severely active Crohn’s disease in adult patients who have not responded despite a full and adequate course of therapy with a corticosteroid and / or an immunosuppressant; or who are intolerant to or have medical contraindications for such therapies. PROSPECTO 188 PROSPECTO: INFORMACIÓN PARA EL PACIENTE HYRIMOZ 20 MG SOLUCIÓN INYECTABLE EN JERINGA PRECARGADA adalimumab 20 MG/0,4 ML LEA TODO EL PROSPECTO DETENIDAMENTE ANTES DE QUE SU HIJO EMPIECE A USAR ESTE MEDICAMENTO, PORQUE CONTIENE INFORMACIÓN IMPORTANTE. - Conserve este prospecto, ya que puede tener que volver a leerlo. - Su médico le dará una tarjeta de información para el paciente, que contiene información de seguridad importante que necesita conocer antes de que su hijo empiece a usar Hyrimoz y durante el tratamiento con Hyrimoz. Conserve esta tarjeta de información para el paciente con usted o con su hijo durante su tratamiento y durante los 4 meses siguientes a la última inyección de su hijo de Hyrimoz. - Si tiene alguna duda, consulte a su médico o farmacéutico. - Este medicamento se le ha recetado solamente asu hijo, y no debe dárselo a otras personas aunque tengan los mismos síntomas que su hijo, ya que puede perjudicarles. - Si su hijo experimenta efectos adversos, consulte a su médico o farmacéutico, incluso si se trata de efectos adversos que no aparecen en este prospecto. QUÉ ES HYRIMOZ Y PARA QUÉ SE UTILIZA Hyrimoz contiene el principio activo adalimumab, un medicamento que actúa sobre el sistema inmunitario (de defensa) de su organismo. Hyrimoz está indicado en el tratamiento de las enfermedades inflamatorias que se describen a continuación: • artritis idiopática juvenil poliarticular, • artritis asociada a entesitis, • psoriasis pediátrica en placas, • enfermedad de Crohn pediátrica, • uveítis pediátrica no infecciosa. NOMBRE DEL MEDICAMENTO Hyrimoz 20 mg solución inyectable en jeringa precargada Hyrimoz 40 mg solución inyectable en jeringa precargada Hyrimoz 40 mg solución inyectable en pluma precargada 2. COMPOSICIÓN CUALITATIVA Y CUANTITATIVA Hyrimoz 20 mg solución inyectable en jeringa precargada Cada jeringa precargada con una dosis única de 0,4 ml contiene 20 mg de adalimumab. Hyrimoz 40 mg solución inyectable en jeringa precargada Cada jeringa precargada con una dosis única de 0,8 ml contiene 40 mg de adalimumab. Hyrimoz 40 mg solución inyectable en pluma precargada Cada pluma precargada con una dosis única de 0,8 ml contiene 40 mg de adalimumab. DATOS CLÍNICOS 4.1 INDICACIONES TERAPÉUTICAS Artritis reumatoide Hyrimoz en combinación con metotrexato, está indicado para: • el tratamiento de la artritis reumatoide activa moderada a grave en pacientes adultos, cuando la respuesta a fármacos antirreumáticos modificadores de la enfermedad incluyendo metotrexato haya sido insuficiente. • el tratamiento de la artritis reumatoide activa, grave y progresiva en adultos no tratados previamente con metotrexato. Hyrimoz puede ser administrado como monoterapia en caso de intolerancia al metotrexato o cuando el tratamiento continuado con metotrexato no sea posible.
