This permit allows a person, as stipulated below, to use the product in the manner specified in this permit in the designated jurisdictions. WINTER OILS: SINCLAIRS WINTER DORMANT OIL CALTEX WINTER SPRAY OIL PLUS OTHER REGISTERED PRODUCTS Containing 859 or 861 g/L petroleum oil as their only active constituent. Apply at 2,000 L per ha or 20L oil per ha. OR Winter/Dormant Use: 3L of product per 100L water. Apply at 1,500 L per ha or 45L oil per ha CRITICAL USE COMMENTS: Oils should be applied to pistachios during the dormant season, or early summer when scale hatchings are occurring. Do not spray when temperatures exceed 32 degrees celcius or when soil is dry and trees are suffering from moisture stress. Oils SHOULD NOT be applied after frost damage or if frosts are likely.
