CHE COS'E' CLOPIDOGREL MYLAN GENERICS E A CHE COSA SERVE
Clopidogrel Mylan Generics contiene clopidogrel e appartiene ad un
gruppo di medicinali chiamati
antiaggreganti piastrinici. Le piastrine sono elementi del sangue di
dimensioni molto piccole ancora più
piccole dei globuli bianchi e dei globuli rossi, e che si aggregano
assieme durante la coagulazione del sangue.
Impedendo tale aggregazione, i
medicinali antiaggreganti piastrinici diminuiscono la possibilità di
formazione di coaguli sanguigni (un processo chiamato trombosi).
Clopidogrel Mylan Generics è usato dagli adulti per prevenire la
formazione di coaguli sanguigni (trombi) nei
vasi sanguigni (arterie) induriti, processo conosciuto come
aterotrombosi, che può causare eventi di origine
aterotrombotica (come ictus, attacco cardiaco o morte).
Clopidogrel Mylan Generics le è stato prescritto come aiuto nel
prevenire la formazione di coaguli sanguigni
e per ridurre il rischio di questi gravi eventi perché:

Clopidogrel Mylan Generics 75 mg compresse rivestite con film

COMPOSIZIONE QUALITATIVA E QUANTITATIVA
Ogni compressa rivestita con film contiene 75 mg di clopidogrel (come
bromidrato monoidrato).
Eccipienti con effetto noto: ogni compressa rivestita con film
contiene 2 mg di lattosio monoidrato e 4.8 mg
di olio di ricino idrogenato.

FORMA FARMACEUTICA
Compressa rivestita con film.
Compressa rivestita con film bianca, rotonda biconvessa,
approssimativamente di 8.6 mm di diametro, con
inciso “CB” sopra “75” da una lato e “G” sull’altro
lato.
4.
INFORMAZIONI CLINICHE
4.1
INDICAZIONI TERAPEUTICHE
_Prevenzione degli eventi aterotrombotici_
Clopidogrel è indicato negli adulti nella prevenzione di eventi di
origine aterotrombotica in:
•
Pazienti affetti da infarto miocardico (da pochi giorni fino a meno di
35 giorni), ictus ischemico (da 7
giorni fino a meno di 6 mesi) o arteriopatia periferica comprovata.
•
Pazienti affetti da sindrome coronarica acuta:
- Sindrome coronarica acuta senza innalzamento del tratto ST (angina
instabile o infarto miocardico
non Q), inclusi pazienti sottoposti a posizionamento dello stent a
seguito di un intervento coronarico
percutaneo, in combinazione con acido acetilsalicilico (ASA).
- Infarto miocardico acuto con innalzamento del tratto ST, in pazienti
in terapia farmacologica
candidati alla terapia trombolitica in associazione con ASA.
_Prevenzione degli eventi aterotrombotici e tromboembolici nella
fibrillazione atriale_
Nei pazienti adulti con fibrillazione atriale che hanno almeno un
fattore di rischio per eventi vascolari, non
sono idonei al trattamento con antagonisti della vitamina K (AVK) e
che hanno un basso rischio di
sanguinamento, clopidogrel è indicato in combinazione con ASA per la
prevenzione di eventi aterotrombotici
e tromboembolici, tra cui l’ictus.
