Hilfsstoffe: Natrii chloridum, Aqua ad iniectabilia

Injektionslösung
1 Ampulle à 5 ml Lidocain HCl «Bichsel» 5 mg/ml (0.5 %) enthält 25
mg Lidocaini hydrochloridum
anhydricum.
1 Ampulle à 10 ml Lidocain HCl «Bichsel» 5 mg/ml (0.5 %) enthält
50 mg Lidocaini
hydrochloridum anhydricum.
1 Ampulle à 5 ml Lidocain HCl «Bichsel» 10 mg/ml (1 %) enthält 50
mg Lidocaini hydrochloridum
anhydricum.
1 Ampulle à 10 ml Lidocain HCl «Bichsel» 10 mg/ml (1 %) enthält
100 mg Lidocaini
hydrochloridum anhydricum.
1 Ampulle à 2 ml Lidocain HCl «Bichsel» 20 mg/ml (2 %) enthält 40
mg Lidocaini hydrochloridum
anhydricum.

Indikationen/Anwendungsmöglichkeiten
Leitungs- und Infiltrationsanästhesie.
Dosierung/Anwendung
Maximaldosis: 4.5 mg/kg KG oder 300 mg bei Erwachsenen und 4.5 mg/kg
KG bei Kindern. Bei
Kindern dem Alter entsprechend niedriger dosieren und verdünntere
Lösung (5 mg/ml, 10 mg/ml)
wählen.
Die Maximaldosis für Erwachsene von 300 mg entspricht folgenden
Volumina:
Lidocain HCl Höchstdosis
5 mg/ml (0.5 %) 60 ml
10 mg/ml (1 %) 30 ml
20 mg/ml (2 %) 15 ml ___
Kontraindikationen
Bekannte Überempfindlichkeit auf Lidocain oder andere
Lokalanästhetika vom Amid-Typ.
Nicht in infizierte Bezirke injizieren.
Warnhinweise und Vorsichtsmassnahmen
Regionale Anästhesien sollten immer mit angemessener Ausrüstung und
in entsprechender klinischer
Umgebung durchgeführt werden. Die notwendige Ausrüstung und die
Arzneimittel zur
Überwachung und notfallmässigen Reanimation sollen in unmittelbarer
Nähe sofort zur Verfügung
stehen.
Wenn umfangreiche Blockaden durchzuführen sind, oder grosse Dosen
eingesetzt werden, sollte vor
der Injektion des Lokalanästh
