samsung bioepis nl b.v. - trastuzumab - stomach neoplasms; breast neoplasms - antineoplastiske midler - bryst cancermetastatic bryst cancerontruzant er indisert for behandling av voksne pasienter med her2 positiv metastatisk brystkreft (mbc):som monoterapi for behandling av pasienter som har mottatt minst to kjemoterapi regimer for sine metastatisk sykdom. før kjemoterapi må ha tatt minst en anthracycline og en taxane med mindre pasienter er uegnet for disse behandlingene. hormon reseptor positive pasienter må også ha mislyktes hormonell behandling, med mindre pasienter er uegnet for disse behandlingene. i kombinasjon med paclitaxel for behandling av pasienter som ikke har fått kjemoterapi for sine metastatisk sykdom og for hvem en anthracycline er ikke egnet. i kombinasjon med docetaxel for behandling av pasienter som ikke har fått kjemoterapi for sine metastatisk sykdom. i kombinasjon med en aromatase inhibitor for behandling av postmenopausale pasienter med hormon-reseptor positiv mbc, som ikke tidligere er behandlet med trastuzumab. tidlig bryst cancerontruzant er indisert for behandling av voksne pasienter med her2 positive tidlig brystkreft (ebc)følgende kirurgi, kjemoterapi (neoadjuvant eller adjuvant) og strålebehandling (hvis relevant). følgende adjuvant kjemoterapi med doxorubicin og cyklofosfamid, i kombinasjon med paclitaxel eller docetaxel. i kombinasjon med adjuvant kjemoterapi som består av docetaxel og carboplatin. i kombinasjon med neoadjuvant kjemoterapi etterfulgt av adjuvant ontruzant terapi, for lokalt avansert (inkludert inflammatorisk) sykdom eller svulster >2 cm i diameter. ontruzant bør bare brukes av pasienter med metastatisk eller tidlig brystkreft svulster som enten har her2 overexpression eller her2-genet forsterkning som er bestemt ved en nøyaktig og validert analysen. metastatisk mage cancerontruzant i kombinasjon med capecitabine eller 5‑fluorouracil og cisplatin er indisert for behandling av voksne pasienter med her2 positiv metastatisk adenocarcinoma av magen eller gastro-oesophageal krysset som ikke er mottatt innen anti-kreft behandling for sine metastatisk sykdom. ontruzant bør bare brukes av pasienter med metastatisk magekreft (mgc) som svulster har her2 overexpression som definert av ihc2+ og en bekreftende sish eller fisk resultatet, eller ved et ihc 3+ resultat. nøyaktig og validert analysen metoder bør brukes.
