The CO2 Angioset is intended to be used to inject contrast media (carbon dioxide) into blood vessels. Indications for the choice of carbon dioxide as contrast medium:Diagnostic / interventional angiography, Intolerance to iodized contrast medium, Aortic aneurysms, Acute / chronic renal insufficiency, Renal transplant, Latent / manifest hyperthyroidism, Paraproteinemia, Presentation of pathological shunts, AV dialysis shunts, Search for sources of haemorrhage, Transjugular intrahepatic , portosystemic shunt (TIPS), Reduction of the loading with iodized contrast medium (e.g. in cardiac insufficiency or complex interventional surgery).
