Indications / Possibilités d’emploi
Anesthésique pour anesthésie régionale et l’anesthésie par
infiltration.
Posologie / Mode d'emploi
Dose maximale: 4.5 mg/kg PC ou 300 mg chez les adultes et 4.5 mg/kg PC
chez les enfants. Pour les
enfants, adopter un dosage plus faible et une solution plus diluée (5
mg/ml, 10 mg/ml) correspondant
à leur âge.
La dose maximale de 300 mg pour les adultes correspond aux volumes
suivants:
Lidocaïne HCl Dose maximale
5 mg/ml (0.5 %) 60 ml
10 mg/ml (1 %) 30 ml
20 mg/ml (2 %) 15 ml
Contre-indications
Hypersensibilité connue à la lidocaïne ou à d'autres
anesthésiques locaux de type amide.
Ne pas injecter dans des zones infectées.
Mises en garde et précautions
Les anesthésies régionales doivent toujours être effectuées avec
un matériel approprié et dans un
environnement hospitalier adéquat. Le médecin doit avoir à portée
de main le matériel nécessaire et
les médicaments permettant de surveiller le patient et de le
réanimer en urgence si nécessaire.
