WHAT GUARDIAN ANTI-FUNGAL CREAM IS
USED FOR
It is used for the treatment of skin fungal
infections including ringworm (tinea
corporis), athlete’s foot (tinea pedis),
jock itch (tinea cruris), white spot (tinea
versicolor) and candidiasis.
HOW GUARDIAN ANTI-FUNGAL CREAM
WORKS
It contains clotrimazole which is an
antifungal agent which works by
preventing the growth of fungus.
BEFORE YOU USE GUARDIAN ANTI-FUNGAL
CREAM

_When you must not use it_
Do not use it if you are allergic to
clotrimazole or others ingredients of
Guardian Anti-Fungal Cream.

_Before you start to use it_
Safety for use in pregnancy and during
breastfeeding has not been established.
Inform your doctor if you are pregnant or
breastfeeding.

_Taking other medicines _
Guardian Anti-Fungal Cream is for
topical application and will usually have
minimal effect on other medications.
However, please inform the doctor or
pharmacist if taking other medicines.
HOW TO USE GUARDIAN ANTI-FUNGAL
CREAM

_How much to use_
Wash and dry affected area. Apply cream
on affected area twice daily. Treatment
should continue for 2- 4 weeks after the
disappearance of all signs of infection to
ensure mycological cure and prevent
relapse.
Follow all directions given to you by
your doctor and pharmacist carefully.
They may differ from the information
contained in this leaflet. If you do not
understand the instructions on the label,
ask your doctor or pharmacist for help.
