FOR

COBESE 60 MG CAPSULES is
used for patients who are
overweight.

COBESE 120 MG CAPSULES is
used for the treatment of obesity and
for patients who are overweight.
COBESE 60MG/120 MG
CAPSULES should be used in
conjunction with a low calorie intake
diet.
HOW COBESE CAPSULES WORKS
COBESE CAPSULES contain
orlistat which targets fat in your
digestive system.It blocks the fat in the
food you eat from being digested.
Orlistat attaches to the enzymes in your
digestive system (lipases) and blocks
them from breaking down some of the
fat you have eaten during your meal.
The undigested fat cannot be absorbed
and is eliminated by your body.
Ask your doctor if you have any
questions about why COBESE
CAPSULES have been prescribed for
you.

_When you must not use it _
DO NOT TAKE COBESE CAPSULES IF
YOU:

are allergic (hypersensitive) to
orlistat or to any of the other
ingredients of COBESE
CAPSULES (see Product
Description).

have chronic malabsorption
syndrome (insufficient absorption of
nutrients from alimentary tract).

have cholestasis (liver disorder).

are pregnant or breast-feeding.
DO NOT TAKE THIS MEDICINE AFTER THE
EXPIRY DATE PRINTED ON THE PACK OR IF
THE PACKAGING IS TORN OR SHOWS SIGNS
OF TAMPERING. The expiry date refers
to the last day of that month.
