CHE COS’È CARVEDILOLO ARISTO E A CHE COSA SERVE
Carvedilolo Aristo è usato per trattare:
•
pressione alta;
•
angina pectoris, un disturbo caratterizzato da dolore toracico;
•
insufficienza cardiaca.
Carvedilolo Aristo appartiene a un gruppo di medicinali chiamati
beta-bloccanti.
2.
PRIMA DI PRENDERE CARVEDILOLO ARISTO
Non prenda Carvedilolo Aristo se soffre di uno dei seguenti disturbi:
•
allergia (ipersensibilità) al carvedilolo o a uno qualsiasi degli
eccipienti (vedere il paragrafo 6 alla
fine del presente foglio illustrativo);
•
grave insufficienza cardiaca, che richiede la somministrazione di
specifici medicinali per via
endovenosa allo scopo di agevolare il funzionamento del cuore;
•
asma;
•
restringimento delle vie aeree ed affanno causati da pneumopatia
cronica ostruttiva (COPD) grave;
•
gravi disturbi della funzionalità epatica;
•
alcuni disturbi della conduzione cardiaca, noti come
o
sindrome del nodo del seno
o
blocco seno-atriale

Una compressa contiene: 3,125 mg, 6,25 mg, 12,5 mg, 25 mg o 50 mg di
carvedilolo.

FORMA FARMACEUTICA
Compresse:
3,125 mg: compressa rosso-chiaro, rotonda, convessa, divisibile,
marcata con una linea centrale sensibile alla
pressione, con impresso il codice C1.
6,25 mg: compressa gialla, rotonda, convessa, divisibile, marcata con
una linea centrale sensibile alla
pressione, con impresso il codice C2.
12,5 mg: compressa rosa scuro, rotonda, convessa, divisibile, marcata
con una linea centrale sensibile alla
pressione, con impresso il codice C3.
25 mg: compressa bianca, rotonda, convessa, divisibile, marcata con
una linea centrale sensibile alla
pressione, con impresso il codice C4.
50 mg: compressa bianca, rotonda, convessa, divisibile, marcata con
una linea centrale sensibile alla

INFORMAZIONI CLINICHE

INDICAZIONI TERAPEUTICHE
Ipertensione, angina pectoris, scompenso cardiaco.
4.2
POSOLOGIA E MODO DI SOMMINISTRAZIONE
Carvedilolo Aristo è disponibile in 5 dosaggi: 3,125 mg, 6,25 mg,
12,5 mg, 25 mg e 50 mg.
_Ipertensione_
Si consiglia l’assunzione di una singola dose giornaliera. Per il
trattamento dell’ipertensione, il carvedilolo
può essere usato da solo o in associazione con altri antiipertensivi,
specialmente con i diuretici tiazidici.
Adulti: il dosaggio consigliato per l’inizio della terapia è di
12,5 mg una volta al giorno per i primi due giorni.
Successivamente, il dosaggio raccomandato è di 25 mg una volta al
giorno. Se necessario, il dosaggio può
essere gradualmente aumentato ad intervalli non inferiori alle due
settimane. La dose massima consigliata è di
50 mg al giorno, da assumersi
