EFFECTS OF THIS MEDICINE
This medicine acts to central nervous system repressively and shows
effect for analgesia,
sedation and antitussive. This medicine also contracts the smooth
muscle of the digestive
tract to inhibit movement of the stomach and intestines, reduce
gastric juice, bile and
pancreatic secretion, and increases anal sphincter tension, thereby
indicate strong anti-
diarrhea effect.
It is usually used for pain relief and sedation in severe pain,
antitussive in coughing attacks,
relief from severe diarrhea and inhibition of intestinal peristaltic
movement after surgery.
THE FOLLOWING PATIENTS MAY NEED TO BE CAREFUL WHEN USING THIS
MEDICINE.BE SURE TO TELL YOUR DOCTOR

・If you have previously experienced any allergic reactions (itch,
rash, etc.) to any medicines
or foods.
If you have respiratory dysfunction, asthma attack, liver disorder,
lung disease, heart failure,
convulsive condition, acute alcoholism, hemorrhagic colitis or
bacterial diarrhea.
・If you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
