This device is used to inject air into the cuff of a tracheal tube when this is in situ. A tracheal tube cuff inflator typically includes a rubber bulb for air delivery and often a pressure manometer that shows the pressure to the user in order to prevent excessive amounts of air in the tracheal tube cuff which will cause trauma.
