Fly Larvicide is not a knockdown insecticide, it is an
insect growth regulator which affects the moulting process of
fly larvae.
Therefore elimination of adult flies is a gradual process and it
is recommended that HokoEx
®
Fly Larvicide is used in
conjunction with an integrated fly control program.

NOT TO BE USED FOR ANY PURPOSE, OR IN ANY
MANNER, CONTRARY TO THIS LABEL UNLESS
AUTHORISED UNDER APPROPRIATE LEGISLATION
GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS:
MIXING - when diluting the product in a water solution ensure
granules are completely dissolved prior to use. Use mixture on
the same day. If mixture has been standing, stir well prior to use.
INSECTICIDE RESISTANCE WARNING:
For insecticide resistance management HokoEx
®
is a
Group 18A insecticide.
Some naturally occurring insect biotypes resistant to HokoEx
®
and other Group 18A insecticides may exist through normal
genetic variability in any insect population. The resistant
individuals can eventually dominate the insect population if
HokoEx
®
or other Group 18A insecticides are used repeatedly.
The effectiveness of HokoEx
®
on resistant individuals could be
significantly reduced. Since occurrence of resistant individuals
is difficult to detect prior to use, Bayer Australia Ltd accepts
no
liability for any losses that may result from the failure of
HokoEx
®
to control resistant insects.
HokoEx
®
may be subject to specific resistance management
strategies. For further information contact your local supplier,
Bayer representative or local agricultural department agronomist.
PRECAUTIONS:
DO NOT spray on Humans
Avoid contamination of feed, feedstuffs, eating utensils and
drinking water.
Do not treat surfaces where foods or packaging may be
prepared or stored.
Ventilate treated rooms or buildings.

Inhalation
Move affected person to fresh air and keep
rested until recovered.
Skin contact
If skin or hair contact occurs, remove contaminated
clothing and
flush skin and hair with running water
.
Eye contact
If in eyes, hold eyelids apart and flush
the eye continuously with
running water. Continue flushing until advised to stop by the
Poisons Information Centre or a doctor, or for at least 15
minutes.
