SOLUTION IS USED FOR
Axcel Clindamycin 1% Topical Solution
is used for the treatment of acne.
HOW AXCEL CLINDAMYCIN 1% TOPICAL
SOLUTION WORKS
Axcel Clindamycin 1% Topical Solution
works by decreasing acne lesions and/or
stopping the growth of skin bacteria that
cause acne.

Do
not
use
Axcel
Clindamycin

Topical Solution:
•
If you are allergic or hypersensitive
to Clindamycin or Lincomycin.
•
If
you
have
history
of
regional
enteritis
(inflammation
of
the
intestine),
ulcerative
colitis
(inflammatory
bowel
disease)
or
antibiotic-associated colitis (growth
of harmful bacteria in the intestinal
tract).
•
If you are pregnant, trying to get
pregnant
or
think
you
may
be
pregnant.
•
If you are breast-feeding. Ask your
doctor
or
pharmacist
for
advice
before taking any medicine.

In newborns.
