This permit allows a person, as stipulated below, to use the product in the manner specified in this permit in the designated jurisdictions. DIRECTIONS FOR USE: RESTRAINTS: Observe all Restraints as contained on the product label at the beginning of the _Directions For Use_ table. CROP PEST RATE GREEN PEAS (_Pisum sativum_) BROADLEAF WEEDS as contained on product labels. 100 - 200 mL/ha CRITICAL USE COMMENTS: WARNING: Peas grown on light soils or soils with high pH in the presence of free lime, may be less tolerant to applications of diflufenican. Apply either post-sowing/pre-emergence-crop or early post-emergence-crop. Post-sowing/pre-emergence-crop Apply only to a seedbed with fine tilth and no clods. Incorporation is not required, but rain or irrigation should occur within 7 days to activate the herbicide. Sow peas at nomal depth (3 - 5 cm). No specific water volume required, as long as complete soil-surface coverage is obtained. Use 100 mL/ha for light soils and 200 mL/ha on heavy soils.
