forearms prior to surgery or
patient care
general skin cleansing to help reduce bacteria on the skin
WARNINGS
For external use only
DO NOT USE
in eyes
WHEN USING THIS PRODUCT
if eye contact occurs, rinse promptly and thoroughly with water
STOP USE AND ASK A DOCTOR if skin irritation and redness persist for
more than 72 hours.
KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN. If swallowed, get medical help or
contact a Poison Control Center
right away.
DIRECTIONS
SURGICAL SCRUB
remove jewelry
clean nails with an orangewood stick
wet hands and forearms with water and apply 5 mL of_ Alphadine Scrub_
wash/scrub hands and forearms for 5 minutes paying particular
attention to nails, cuticles, and
interdigital spaces
rinse thoroughly with water
wet hands and forearms with water and apply 5 mL of_ Alphadine Scrub_
wash hands and forearms for 5 minutes
rinse thoroughly with water

apply the minimum amount of product necessary to cover the skin and
wash gently and thoroughly
