Urothelial carcinomaTecentriq as monotherapy is indicated for the treatment of adult patients with locally advanced or metastatic urothelial carcinoma (UC):- after prior platinum containing chemotherapy, or - who are considered cisplatin ineligible, and whose tumours have a PD-L1 expression ≥ 5% (see section 5. Non-small cell lung cancer Tecentriq, in combination with bevacizumab, paclitaxel and carboplatin, is indicated for the first-line treatment of adult patients with metastatic non-squamous non small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). In patients with EGFR mutant or ALK-positive NSCLC, Tecentriq, in combination with bevacizumab, paclitaxel and carboplatin, is indicated only after failure of appropriate targeted therapies (see section 5. Tecentriq, in combination with nab paclitaxel and carboplatin, is indicated for the first line treatment of adult patients with metastatic non-squamous NSCLC who do not have EGFR mutant or ALK positive NSCLC (see section 5. Tecentriq as monotherapy is indicated for the first-line treatment of adult patients with metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) whose tumours have a PD-L1 expression ≥ 50% tumour cells (TC) or ≥ 10% tumour-infiltrating immune cells (IC) and who do not have EGFR mutant or ALK-positive NSCLC (see section 5. Tecentriq ist ein Arzneimittel gegen Krebs, das den Wirkstoff Atezolizumab enthält. • Atezolizumab gehört zur Arzneimittelklasse der „monoklonalen Antikörper“. • Monoklonale Antikörper sind Eiweiße, die dafür entwickelt wurden, bestimmte Zielstrukturen im Körper zu erkennen und daran zu binden. • Dieser Antikörper kann Ihr Immunsystem beim Kampf gegen Ihren Krebs unterstützen. WOFÜR WIRD TECENTRIQ ANGEWENDET? BEZEICHNUNG DES ARZNEIMITTELS Tecentriq 840 mg Konzentrat zur Herstellung einer Infusionslösung Tecentriq 1 200 mg Konzentrat zur Herstellung einer Infusionslösung 2. QUALITATIVE UND QUANTITATIVE ZUSAMMENSETZUNG Tecentriq 840 mg Konzentrat zur Herstellung einer Infusionslösung Eine Durchstechflasche mit 14 ml Konzentrat enthält 840 mg Atezolizumab*. Tecentriq 1 200 mg Konzentrat zur Herstellung einer Infusionslösung Eine Durchstechflasche mit 20 ml Konzentrat enthält 1 200 mg Atezolizumab*. Nach Verdünnung (siehe Abschnitt 6.6) sollte die finale Konzentration der verdünnten Lösung zwischen 3,2 und 16,8 mg/ml liegen. *Atezolizumab ist ein im Fc-Teil modifizierter, humanisierter monoklonaler Immunglobulin(Ig)G1- anti-PD-L1( _programmed death ligand 1_ )-Antikörper, der in Ovarialzellen des chinesischen Hamsters mittels rekombinanter Desoxyribonukleinsäure(DNA)-Technologie hergestellt wird. Vollständige Auflistung der sonstigen Bestandteile, siehe Abschnitt 6.1. 3. DARREICHUNGSFORM Konzentrat zur Herstellung einer Infusionslösung. Klare, farblose bis leicht gelbliche Flüssigkeit. Die Lösung hat einen pH-Wert von 5,5 – 6,1 und eine Osmolalität von 129 – 229 mOsm/kg. 4. KLINISCHE ANGABEN 4.1 ANWENDUNGSGEBIETE Urothelkarzinom ( _urothelial carcinoma_ , UC) Tecentriq als Monotherapie wird angewendet bei erwachsenen Patienten zur Behandlung des lokal fortgeschrittenen oder metastasierten UC • nach vorheriger platinhaltiger Chemotherapie oder • die für eine Behandlung mit Cisplatin als ungeeignet angesehen werden, und deren Tumoren eine PD-L1-Expression ≥ 5 % aufweisen (siehe Abschnitt 5.1).
