Le trihydrate d’amoxicilline exerce une action bactéricide en
perturbant la synthèse de la paroi
bactérienne.
DONNÉES DE BIODISPONIBILITÉ COMPARATIVE
Une étude croisée à dose unique administrée par voie orale et à
répartition aléatoire, comportant
deux traitements, deux séquences et deux périodes, a été menée à
l’insu auprès de 25 hommes et
femmes adultes en bonne santé et à jeun dans le but de comparer la
biodisponibilité des capsules
Sandoz Amoxicillin (trihydrate d’amoxicilline) dosées à 500 mg
(Sanodz Canada Inc.), à celle
des capsules APO-AMOXI (trihydrate d’amoxicilline) dosées à 500 mg
(Apotex Inc.)
