FOR ANIMAL TREATMENT ONLY FLAVOMYCIN 40 MICROGRANULATE PREMIX ACTIVE INGREDIENT: FLAVOPHOSPHOLIPOL 40 g/kg NET CONTENTS: 25kg READ THE ENTIRE LABEL BEFORE USING THIS PRODUCT INDICATIONS: For improvement of weight gain and feed conversion efficiency in broilers, turkeys, and laying hens. CONTRAINDICATIONS AND WARNINGS: Care must be exercised when feeding concurrently with other antimicrobials. Use of Flavomycin 40 does not affect the diagnosis or treatment with other therapeutic antibiotics. DIRECTIONS FOR USE: BY LAW THE USER MUST TAKE DUE CARE, OBTAINING EXPERT ADVICE WHEN NECESSARY, TO AVOID UNNECESSARY PAIN AND DISTRESS WHEN USING THE PRODUCT OTHER THAN AS DIRECTED ON THE LABEL. BY LAW THIS PRODUCT MAY ONLY BE USED ACCORDING TO LABEL INSTRUCTIONS. IMPORTANT: FLAVOMYCIN 40 MUST BE THOROUGHLY MIXED IN FEED BEFORE USE. RECOMMENDED DOSAGE: TARGET SPECIES MIXING RATE OF FLAVOMYCIN 40 IN FEED ACTIVE INGREDIENT _FLAVOPHOSPHOLIPOL_ Broiler chickens 50 - 300 grams / tonne 2 – 12 ppm Turkeys 75 - 225 grams / tonne 3 – 9 ppm Laying hens 50 - 125 grams / tonne 2 – 5 ppm *Note: ppm is equivalent to grams per tonne WITHHOLDING PERIODS: IT IS AN OFFENCE FOR USERS OF THIS PRODUCT TO CAUSE RESIDUES EXCEEDING THE RELEVANT MRL IN THE FOOD NOTICE: MAXIMUM RESIDUE LEVELS FOR AGRICULTURAL COMPOUNDS. MEAT: Nil EGGS: Nil FIRST AID: If swallowed do NOT induce vomiting. If eye contact occurs hold eyes open and rinse cautiously with water for several minutes.
