Properties:
neomoscan FA 1 is a liquid, alkaline detergent with great resistance
to
water hardness in a foam-free composition.
Main fields of application:
neomoscan FA 1 can be used in closed systems employing all current
mechanical cleaning procedures. Fields of application for neomoscan FA
1
are the cleaning of tanks and pipe systems in the milk processing
industry,
the cleaning of brewing pans, wort routes, separators, pipes, brewing
and
storage tanks, barrels and KEGs, filters and filling installations in
breweries,
the cleaning of containers, pipe systems and filling installations in
the
beverage industry, the cleaning of transportation crates made from
plastic
and stainless steel in crate washers, as well as the cleaning of
installations
highly contaminated with grease and encrusted deposits in the meat and
food
industry.
neomoscan FA 1 is suitable as a cleaner for all surfaces made from
stainless
steel, normal steel, glass, enamel and alkali-resistant plastics.
Surfaces
made from aluminium undergo little corrosion and this is further
reduced
with an increase in the water hardness, so that here too the use of
neomoscan FA 1 is possible, if certain conditions are observed.
Tank-liners
made from special plastics are generally not attacked by neomoscan
FA1.
