Zusammensetzung
Wirkstoff: Ropivacaini hydrochloridum monohydricum corresp.
Ropivacaini hydrochloridum.
Hilfsstoffe: Natrium chloridum, Aqua ad iniectabilia.
Die Naropin Injektionslösung enthält kleine Mengen Natriumhydroxid
und Salzsäure zur pH-
Einstellung (4,0-6,0).
Galenische Form und Wirkstoffmenge pro Einheit
Injektionslösung 0,2%, 0,5%, 0,75% und 1%: Ropivacaini hydrochloridum

Indikationen/Anwendungsmöglichkeiten
Chirurgische Anästhesie
- Epiduralblockade bei Operationen, inkl. Sectio caesarea.
- Intrathekalblock (Spinalanästhesie).
- Plexusblockaden (obere/untere Extremität).
- Feldblock.
Akute Schmerzbehandlung bei Erwachsenen und Jugendlichen >12 Jahre
- Kontinuierliche Epiduralinfusion (bis 72 h) oder intermittierende
Bolusverabreichung (z.B.
postoperativ oder Wehenschmerzen).
- Feldblock.
- Kontinuierliche periphere Nervenblockade mittels Infusion oder
intermittierender Injektion, z.B.
postoperatives Schmerzmanagement (bis 48 h).
Akute Schmerzbehandlung bei Kindern
(Peri- und postoperativ)
- Kaudale Epiduralblockade (Kaudalblock) bei Kindern ab 1 Monat bis
und mit 12 Jahren.
- Periphere Nervenblockade bei Kindern von 1-12 Jahren.
- Kontinuierliche Epiduralinfusion (bis 72 h) bei Kindern ab 1 Monat
bis und mit 12 Jahren.
