WHY AM I USING MENQUADFI?
MenQuadfi is a vaccine. It is used to help protect you or your child
against infections caused by a bacteria (germs) called “Neisseria
meningitides” types A, C, W and Y. MenQuadfi can be given to
children (12 months of age and above), adolescents, adults and the
elderly.

WHAT SHOULD I KNOW BEFORE I USE MENQUADFI?
Do not use if you have ever had an allergic reaction to MenQuadfi or
any of the ingredients listed at the end of the CMI.
TALK TO YOUR DOCTOR, NURSE OR PHARMACIST IF YOU HAVE ANY OTHER MEDICAL
CONDITIONS, TAKE ANY OTHER MEDICINES, OR ARE
PREGNANT OR PLAN TO BECOME PREGNANT OR ARE BREASTFEEDING.

QUALITATIVE AND QUANTITATIVE COMPOSITION
Each 0.5 mL dose of vaccine contains:

Meningococcal polysaccharide* Group A
10.0 microgram/dose

Meningococcal polysaccharide* Group C
10.0 microgram/dose

Meningococcal polysaccharide* Group Y
10.0 microgram/dose

Meningococcal polysaccharide* Group W-135

* Each of the four polysaccharides is conjugated to tetanus toxoid
(approximately 55 microgram/dose)
MenQuadfi is a sterile solution of
_Neisseria meningitidis _

to tetanus toxoid protein
prepared from cultures of
