EFFECTS OF THIS MEDICINE
This medicine inhibits cough reflex by acting directly on cough center
located in medulla
oblongata, and it shows anti-tussive effects.
It is usually used for the treatment of cough accompanying cold, acute
bronchitis, chronic
bronchitis, bronchiectasis, pneumonia, pulmonary tuberculosis and
upper respiratory tract
inflammation (laryngopharyngitis, nasal catarrh), and for that of
cough caused by imaging
measurement of bronchi and bronchoscopic examination.
THE FOLLOWING PATIENTS MAY NEED TO BE CAREFUL WHEN USING THIS
MEDICINE.BE SURE TO TELL YOUR DOCTOR
AND PHARMACIST.
・If you have previously experienced any allergic reactions (itch,
rash, etc.) to any medicines
or foods.
