INDICATIONS FOR USE, SPECIFYING THE TARGET SPECIES
IVOMEC Super Injection for Cattle is indicated for the treatment and
control
of the following parasites:
GASTROINTESTINAL ROUNDWORMS (adult and fourth-stage larvae):
_Ostertagia ostertagi _(including inhibited larval stages)
_O. lyrata_
_Haemonchus placei_
_Trichostrongylus axei_
_T. colubriformis_
_Cooperia oncophora_
_C. punctata_
_C. pectinata_
_Bunostomum phlebotomum_
_Oesophagostomum radiatum_
_Strongyloides papillosus _(adult)
_Nematodirus helvetianus _(adult)
_N. spathiger _(adult)
_Trichuris _spp. (adult)

complete elimination may not occur.
PERSISTENT ACTIVITY
IVOMEC Super Injection for Cattle given at the recommended dosage of
0.2
mg per kg bodyweight controls re-infection with _Haemonchus placei, _
_Cooperia _spp. and _Trichostrongylus axei _acquired up to 14 days
after
treatment; _Ostertagia ostertagi _and _Oesophagostomum radiatum
_acquired up
to 21 days after treatment and _Dictyocaulus viviparus _acquired up to
28 days
after treatment.
