The antihypertensive effects of FOSINOPRIL and diuretics used concomitantly are approximately additive. Data have not been provided to support the use of FOSINOPRIL in severe or renovascular hypertension. HEART FAILURE - Management of heart failure when added to conventional therapy, including diuretics.
