PHARMACEUTICAL FORM
Suspension for injection.
Transparent, colorless, slightly viscous liquid containing easily
suspending white to off-white
particles, free of foreign matter.
4. CLINICAL PARTICULARS
_4.1 INDICATIONS. _
Corticosteroid hormone therapy is an adjunct to, and not a replacement
for, conventional therapy.
_Intramuscular administration _
Diprospan
®
is indicated for the treatment of various rheumatic, dermatological,
allergic diseases,
disorders
of
the
collagen
and
other
tissues,
known
for
their
response
to
treatment
with
corticosteroids.
_Musculoskeletal _

As adjunctive therapy for short-term administration (to tide the
patient over an acute episode or
exacerbation) in osteoarthritis, rheumatoid polyarthritis.

exacerbation) in bursitis under heloma durum, bursitis under plantar
callosity, bursitis under

synovial cyst, Morton’s neuralgia
(metatarsalgia), tenosynovitis, periostitis of cuboid.
