DIRECTIONS FOR USE
RESTRAINTS:
DO NOT DIP SHEEP MORE THAN 6 WEEKS AFTER SHEARING.
DO NOT DIP SHEEP WITHIN 10 DAYS OFF-SHEARS TO ALLOW SHEARING CUTS AND
OTHER INJURIES TO HEAL.
DO NOT DIP EWES HEAVY IN LAMB.
DO NOT ADD WETTING AGENTS TO THE DIP SOLUTION, AS THEY MAY ADVERSELY
AFFECT THE PRODUCT.
CRUSADER CONTAINS AND APPROPRIATE WETTING AGENT.

CRITICAL COMMENTS
FOR EFFECTIVE CONTROL OF LICE, THOROUGH WETTING TO SKIN LEVEL IS
ESSENTIAL.
DIPPING SHEEP HEAVILY INFESTED WITH GRASS SEED IS NOT RECOMMENDED.
For CONTROL of lice, dip sheep with short wool (10 - 42 days after
shearing). Always ensure
thorough saturation of the fleece to skin level over the entire body.
DIPPING OUT: At the end of each day’s dipping, when the sump
requires cleaning, or when the level
of the dip wash falls by more than 25%, add 200 mL of product each
time the level of dip wash falls by
500 L (or 200 L for shower dips).
NOT TO BE USED FOR ANY PURPOSE OR IN ANY MANNER CONTRARY TO THIS LABEL
UNLESS AUTHORISED UNDER APPROPRIATE LEGISLATION

MAJOR HEALTH HAZARDS:
No overt signs of toxicity were observed in any of the acute studies
of Diflubenzuron
conducted. The oral LD
50
in rats and mice is greater than 4640 mg/kg, and the dermal LD
50
is greater than 10,000 mg/kg
in rats and greater than 4000 mg/kg in rabbits. It is nonirritating to
skin and slightly irritating to eyes. This product is
irritating to eyes and skin, harmful if swallowed.
INHALATION:
SHORT TERM EXPOSURE:
Available data indicates that this product is not harmful. In addition
product is unlikely to
cause any discomfort or irritation.
LONG TERM EXPOSURE:
No data for health effects associated with long term inhalation.
