DESCRIPTION 
CAPD/DPCA  sleep•safe  is  a  clear,  sterile  water-based  solution.  CAPD/DPCA  sleep•safe 
is  supplied  in flexible  plastic  bags  made  of non-PVC  packaging  material. The  sleep•safe 
system  consists  of  a  solution  bag,  a  tubing  system  and  a  system  connector.  The 
sleep•safe  solutions  are  designed  to  be  used  only  in  conjunction  with  the  sleep•safe 
cycler. The solutions are presented with a clear protective overwrap. 

The solution should not be used if the solution is not clear, or if leaks are detected in the 
bag. 

CAPD/DPCA sleep•safe is available in a number of different strengths in various calcium 
ranges.  Potassium  is  omitted  from  all  strengths.  The  strengths  have  the  following 
compositions:
