AIRR APPARENT PTY LTD 15/16 Princes Street, Newport NSW 2106 | P 03 5820 8400 | E enquiries@apparentag.com.au | www.apparentag.com.au READ SAFETY DIRECTIONS BEFORE OPENING OR USING ACTIVE CONSTITUENT: 600G/L NONYL PHENOL ETHYLENE OXIDE CONDENSATE For use with insecticides, fungicides and herbicides. 195 WETTER 600 SURFACTANT 20 DIRECTIONS FOR USE HORTICULTURAL SPRAYS Add Apparent Wetter 600 Surfactant at 10 mL per 100 L of spray (2 mL per 15 L knapsack). Apparent Wetter 600 Surfactant is recommended for addition to all horticultural sprays except those known to include adequate wetting agent in the formulation. Increased activity will be obtained by increasing the rate for waxy leafed plants which are normally hard to wet. It is important to spray only to the point of wetness. Excessive use of wetting agents can cause run-off of active ingredient with consequent loss of efficiency. HERBICIDES Apparent Wetter 600 Surfactant may be added to all post-emergence herbicide sprays to increase their efficiency except those which are known to contain adequate wetting agent in the formulation. Wetter should be added only where directed on individual labels as use with selective herbicides outside label directions may reduce crop selectively. For foliar active herbicides, spray to the point where leaves and stems are just wet. Spraying beyond this will encourage run-off, with obvious loss of spray chemicals and efficacy. When spraying waxy or hairy leafed plants which are normally hard to wet, increased activity will be obtained by increasing the rate of Apparent Wetter 600 Surfactant. It is important that the leaves and stems are thoroughly wetted for foliar herbicides to work efficiently, particularly when treating dense, tall vegetation.
