Zam-Buk® Ointment IS USED FOR
For the temporary relief of pain and itch
associated
with
minor
wounds,
burns,
scalds,
chapped
hands,
mosquitos
and
insect bites.

Description
Smooth, translucent, green coloured ointment with aromatic
odor, free from foreign matter.
Active ingredients
Each 100 g contains:
Eucalyptus Oil
5.02 g
Camphor
1.76 g
Properties and Effect
Zam-Buk
®
Ointment contains camphor and eucalyptus oil which
act as an external stimulant with rubefacient, antipruritic and
mild analgesic properties.
Indications
Medicated ointment for external application. Indicated for
temporary relief of pain and itch associated with minor wounds,
burns, scalds, chapped hands, mosquitoes and insect bites.
Directions for use
Apply gently to affected area. Covering with sterile gauze is
optional.
Warning
This product is contraindicated in children below 2 years of age.
Caution must be exercised when older children are treated.
Precaution
It is dangerous to place any camphor-containing product into the
nostril of children. A small amount applied this way may cause
immediate collapse.
- Avoid contact with the eyes.
- Do not apply to wounds or damaged skin.
Contraindication
Hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients.
Pregnancy & lactation :
There is no available data for the use of this preparation in
pregnancy and lactation.
Side effects :
Occasional hypersensitivity and irritant skin reactions.
Overdose & treatment :
In case of poisoning due to accidental ingestion of the
