4.1 TARGET SPECIES
Cattle and Sheep
4.2 INDICATIONS FOR USE, SPECIFYING THE TARGET SPECIES
WORMALL is a broad spectrum anthelmintic for the treatment and control
of mature and developing immature gastro-
intestinal roundworms and lungworms and also tapeworms in cattle and
sheep. WORMALL is ovicidal for strongyle
eggs.
For the treatment of cattle and sheep infested with benzimidazole
susceptible strains of the following species:
Gastro-Intestinal Roundworms:
_Ostertagia_
_Haemonchus_
_Trichostrongylus_
_Nematodirus (_including_ N. battus)_
_Cooperia_
_Capillaris_
_Oesophagostomum_
_Chabertia_
_Trichuris_
Lungworms:
_Dictyocaulus_
Tapeworms:
_Monezia_
In cattle, it is also effective against inhibited larvae of_ Cooperia
spp._ and usually effective against inhibited/arrested
larvae of_ Ostertagia spp_.. In sheep, it is effective against
inhibited/arrested larvae of_ Nematodirus spp_., and
benzimidazole susceptible_ Haemonchus spp._ and_ Ostertagia spp_..
