EFFECTS OF THIS MEDICINE
This medicine calms depressed mood, anxiety, tension and excitement
and stabilizes mental
state by suppressing action of dopamine, a neurotransmitter in the
brain.
It is usually used to treat schizophrenia and depression/depressive
state.
THE FOLLOWING PATIENTS MAY NEED TO BE CAREFUL WHEN USING THIS
MEDICINE.BE SURE TO TELL YOUR DOCTOR
AND PHARMACIST.
・If you have previously experienced any allergic reactions (itch,
rash, etc.) to any medicines
or foods.
If you have prolactin-secreting pituitary tumor (prolactinoma).
If you are suspected of having pheochromocytoma.
・If you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
