NEURORUBINE ™ -FORTE FILM-COATED TABLETS _For painful conditions of neurological origin _ COMPOSITION Each tablet contains: Vitamin B1 200 mg Vitamin B6 50 mg Vitamin B12 1000 mcg PROPERTIES, EFFECTS _Mode of action:_ Neurorubine-Forte combines in high dosage three important vitamins essential for the proper functioning of the nervous system. Each of these vitamins is indispensable to ensure the normal metabolic process in nerve cells. Administered simultaneously and in pharmacodynamic high doses, the components exert their individual neurotropic effect. INDICATIONS As an adjuvant in the treatment of: Neuritic pain: acute or chronic neuritis and polyneuritis. Neuralgia Toxic damage to nerve tissue: alcoholism, diabetic polyneuropathy, drug intoxication. For the prophylaxis of vitamin B6 deficiency during treatment with isoniazid, penicillamine, cycloserine, hydralazine. USUAL DOSAGE The dosage should be adapted to each individual case: 1-3 tablets daily. Severe cases: Treatment to be commenced with 3 tablets daily until pain subsides. ROUTE OF ADMINISTRATION Oral use PREGNANCY, LACTATION Neurorubine-Forte may be taken during pregnancy and lactation. Controlled studies in women have shown no risks to foetus during the first trimester; there is no evidence suggesting a risk in the course of the remaining trimesters and there is little probability of possible damage to the foetus. CONTRAINDICATIONS Owing to the vitamin B12 content of the preparation, patients with psoriasis should not receive Neurorubine-Forte tablet. Existing acne can be aggravated by Neurorubine-Forte tablet due to the vitamin B6 content. Oral administration of vitamin B12 is only possible if the gastrointestinal tract is functioning normally. Hypersensitivity to vitamin B1, B6 or B12. ADVERSE EFFECTS Hypersensitivity reactions are rare and are observed mainly in the skin. Erythema, desquamation of facial skin, rash and acne can be attributable to one of the vitamins. INTERACTIONS The effect of levodopa is diminished by vitamin B6. OVERDOSAGE Th Đọc toàn bộ tài liệu
