For the relief of mild to moderate pain
and fever

_EFFERVESCENT _
_POWDER 250MG_ WORKS
Paracetamol
is
an
effective
analgesic
and antipyretic agent. The drug has no
effect
on
the
cardiovascular
and
respiratory
systems,
and
it
does
not
cause gastric irritation or bleeding like
salicylates.

USE

_-When you must not use it _
PREGNANCY AND LACTATION
Epidemiological
studies
in
human
pregnancy have shown no ill effects due
to
paracetamol
used
in
the
recommended
dosage,
but
patients
should follow the advice of their doctor
regarding its use.
Paracetamol is excreted in breast milk
but
not
in
a
clinically
significant
amount. Available published data do not
contraindicate breast feeding.

Please
read
carefully

Do not take if you:

are taking any other products that
contain paracetamol.
•
are allergic to paracetamol or any
of the other ingredients (see section
9
of
this
leaflet
for
other
ingredients)
•
have severe kidney or severe liver
problems
•
are alcohol dependent
•
are on a low sodium diet
•
have phenylketonuria

Tell your doctor if you are taking any

from

pharmacy, supermarket or health food
shop.
