QUALITATIVE AND QUANTITATIVE COMPOSITION
Each tablet contains Paracetamol Ph.Eur. 500.0mg, Caffeine Ph.Eur.
25.0mg, Phenylephrine
hydrochloride Ph Eur 5 mg, Terpin Hydrate BPC 20 mg, Ascorbic Acid 30
mg.

Tablet.

CLINICAL PARTICULARS
THERAPEUTIC INDICATIONS
For the relief of symptoms of colds and influenza such as increased
body temperature, headache,
fever, muscle and joint pain, nose blocking, pain in nasal sinus and
sore throat.
POSOLOGY AND METHOD OF ADMINISTRATION
Adults and children older than 12 years:
1-2 tablets taken every 4-6 hours, if required.
Intervals between administrations – not less than 4 hours.
Do not exceed 8 tablets in 24 hours.
Children:
Not recommended for children under 12 years.
Method of administration
Coldrex Tablets are for oral administration only.
This product is not recommended to be used during more than five days
as an analgesic and three
days as an antipyretic without a consultation with doctor. Increasing
of daily dose or prolongation
of a treatment is possible only under medical supervision.
Consult a doctor if symptoms persist.
Do not exceed the stated dose. In case of overdosing immediately seek
for medical help, even if
you feel well.
CONTRAINDICATIONS
Medicine should not be administered concurrently with other
paracetamol-containing products,
decongestions or product for treatment of cold and flu, tricyclic
antidepressants, beta-blockers or
other anti-hypertonic drugs, inhibitors of MAO (including the period
of 14 days after stopping of
administration), sympathomimetics (such as appetite suppressors,
amphetamine-like
psycostimulators), it should not be taken in patients hypersensitive
to ingredients that constitute
this medicine, patients with hereditary absence of glucose-6-phosphate
dehydrogenase, diseases
of blood system, severe liver or kidney dysfunction, cardio-vascular
diseases (ischemic heart
disease, infarct of myocardium, aortic stenosis, evident
athe
