WHAT QUACE ECZEMA IS USED FOR
Quace
eczema
Cream
and
Ointment relieves the symptoms
of certain skin conditions which
do not respond satisfactorily to
less
potent
steroid
creams/
ointment including:

frequently relapsing
eczemas

psoriasis (thickened patches
of inflamed, red skin, often
covered by silvery scales)

lichen planus (a skin disease
that
causes
itchy,
reddish-
purple,
flat-topped
bumps
on the wrists, forearms or
lower legs)

discoid lupus erythematosus
(a disease of the skin most
often affecting the face, ears
and scalp causing scarring
and increased sensitivity of
the affected skin to sunlight)
HOW
QUACE
ECZEMA
WORKS
Quace
eczema
Cream
and
Ointment
contains
clobetasol
propionate which belongs to a
group
of
medicines
called
steroids. Steroids help to reduce
redness, swelling and irritation
of the skin.
BEFORE YOU USE QUACE ECZEMA

_When you must not use it _
Tell
your
doctor
if
you
are
allergic
(hypersensitive)
to
clobetasol
propionate
or
any
other ingredients listed at the
Don’t use Quace eczema Cream or
Ointment
to
treat
any
of
the
following skin problems, it could
make them worsen:

infected
skin
(unless
the
infection is being treated
with an antibiotic medicine
at the same time)
If you think any of these apply
to
you,
don’t
use
Quace
eczema
Cream
or
Ointment
until you have checked with
your doctor or pharmacist.
