Vinorelbine tartrate is indicated in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), as a single agent or in combination. It is also indicated for the treatment of patients with metastatic breast cancer who have failed standard first-line chemotherapy for metastatic disease. In addition Vinorelbine tartrate is indicated for the treatment of patients with metastatic breast cancer who have relapsed within 6 months of anthracycline-based adjuvant therapy.
