Properties:
doscan WZ is a liquid component for use in the spray zones of bottle
cleaning machines for the effective prevention of scale deposits.
doscan WZ
is based on inorganic and organic acids.
Main fields of application:
doscan WZ is used in the spray zones of bottle washing machines with
high
levels of alkali carry-over, at low to average levels of water
hardness.
Dosage:
The concentration in which doscan WZ is used is dependent on the water
hardness and the alkalinity carried over into the warm water zone. As
a
guideline, a dose of 100 - 200 ppm (corresponding to 100 - 200 ml/m
3
) is
used, dependent on the amount of fresh water supplied to the bottle
washing
machine. The pH value should lie between 7.5 and 9 after dosing with
doscan WZ. Within this range, precipitation of water hardness formers
is
prevented and there is sufficient safety against corrosion.
According to the law on food and requisites (LMBG), surfaces that
come into contact with food must be rinsed with drinking water after
each cleaning and disinfection to remove residues.
Do not mix with other products.
doscan WZ can be used in a controlled, safe and economical manner
with our weigomatic control and dosaging devices. The W-DOS concept,
specially developed by us in-house, is used in all areas of
application.
