Characteristics:
doscan RV-P is a liquid additive based on organic acids that are
applied as a cleaning
enhancer in combination with acidic cleaning solutions (preferably
phosphoric acid).
Fields of application:
Main fields of application are automated cleaning processes in the
food industry, in
which acidic cleaning steps are applied, preferably within the
framework of CIP
processes. These are, for example, the cleaning of heaters,
fermenters, tanks,
containers, pipes and filling units.

Dosage:
The working concentration is 0.2 - 0.5 weight-% in 1 - 3 weight-%
phosphoric acid. The
normal working temperatures are 40 - 80 °C.
Surfaces that come into contact with food must be rinsed with drinking
water after
each cleaning and disinfection to remove residues.
Do not mix with other products.
Controlled, safe and economic application is ensured by our weigomatic
dosing systems.
We are a specialist company in accordance with the German WHG (Water
Conservation
Act). Suited to the relevant conditions and requirements we plan,
install and maintain
central and distributed dosing units.
