PERMIT TO ALLOW SUPPLY AND MINOR USE
OF AN AGVET CHEMICAL PRODUCT
PERMIT NUMBER -PER12531
This permit is issued to the Permit Holder in response to an
application granted by the APVMA
under section 112 of the Agvet Codes of the jurisdictions set out
below. This permit allows a
Supplier (as indicated) to possess the product for the purposes of
supply and to supply the
product to a person who can use the product under permit. This permit
also allows a person, as
stipulated below, to use the product in the manner specified in this
permit in the designated
jurisdictions. This permit also allows the Permit Holder, the Supplier
(if not one and the same)
and any person stipulated below to claim that the product can be used
in the manner specified in
this permit.
THIS PERMIT IS IN FORCE FROM 17 DECEMBER 2010 TO 30 APRIL 2018.

Registered veterinary surgeons and persons acting under their
direction.

Custom inactivated autogenous erysipelas vaccines for pigs, poultry,
sheep and ratites
Containing: Inactivated _Erysipelothrix rusiopathiae_ as their only
active constituent.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
ANIMAL
PURPOSE
DOSE AND INSTRUCTIONS
PIGS
Give subcutaneously behind the ear. Sows & Gilts: inject
2mL. Initially vaccinate twice one month apart then
booster vaccinate every 6 months. Young pigs: give 1-
2mL at weaning and 2mL at 12 weeks of age
CHICKENS
Give 0.5mL intramuscularly in the breast. Vaccinate
initially at 11 weeks of age and give booster at 16 weeks,
or as directed by your veterinarian.
SHEEP
Give 2mL subcutaneously behind the ear. Initially
vaccinate twice one month apart then booster vaccinate
every 6 months
RATITES
To control disease caused by_ _

Emus and Ostriches: Give 2mL subcutaneous
