PER80710 Permit Version 1 Page 1 of 3 PERMIT TO ALLOW EMERGENCY USE OF A REGISTERED AGVET CHEMICAL PRODUCT FOR THE CONTROL OF ANTHRACNOSE AND PANICLE AND SHOOT BLIGHT IN PISTACHIOS PERMIT NUMBER – PER80710 This permit is issued to the Permit Holder in response to an application granted by the APVMA under section 112 of the Agvet Codes of the jurisdictions set out below. This permit allows a person, as stipulated below, to use the product in the manner specified in this permit in the designated jurisdictions. This permit also allows any person to claim that the product can be used in the manner specified in this permit. THIS PERMIT IS IN FORCE FROM 11 OCTOBER 2015 TO 31 AUGUST 2018. PER80710 Permit Version 1 Page 2 of 3 CONDITIONS OF USE PRODUCT TO BE USED: PRISTINE FUNGICIDE Containing: 252 g/kg BOSCALID & 128 g/kg PYRACLOSTROBIN as its only active constituents. DIRECTIONS FOR USE: CROP DISEASES RATE Pistachios Anthracnose (_Colletotrichum_ spp.), Panicle and shoot blight (_Botryosphaeria_ spp.) 80 g/100L or 800 g/ha CRITICAL USE COMMENTS: Apply as a protectant spray by airblast sprayer, knapsack or equivalent. Make first application during early bloom. Repeat application if conditions remain favourable for disease development. DO NOT apply more than 3 applications per crop & DO NOT exceed 2 consecutive applications of Pristine Fungicide allowing a minimum re-treatment interval of 10 days between those consecutive applications. P rior to applying a third (and final) application of Pristine Fungicide rotate with another fungicide from another chemical group for 2 at least applications. WITHHOLDING PERIOD: DO NOT harvest for 14 days after application. JURISDICTION: All States.
